ReadyNas will not Shutdown — error: do_exit+4b4
Unit will not shutdown using the power button and display does not light up when power button is pressed. After entering the web administration page and ordering a shutdown, unit does not power off and display presents the following error: do_exit+4b4.
Any assistance provided for resolving this error is greatly appreciated.

The NAS is crashing. The best option is to download the full log zip file, and then ask the mods ( JohnCM_S or Marc_V ) to analyze them.
The way you do this is to
- upload the log zip file to cloud storage (google drive, dropbox, etc).
- send a PM (private message) to the mods, asking them to analyze. Include a link to this thread, and the download link to the logs. You send a PM using the envelope icon at the top right of the forum page.
Don't post the log zip link publicly, as there is some stuff in there that shouldn't be public.
