I am having the similar issues. I can no longer get ReadyNAS Remote to work with the older ReadyNAS NV+ V1 (Sparc) 4.1.14.

When I try to View Profile it will not accept my ReadyNAS Remote login. I tried resetting my password but get the same issues. Are they no longer supporting this feature for older ReadyNAS units? If so, I am highly disappointed.
