I believe this is due to the transition from ReadyNAS Remote to ReadyCloud, unfortunately ReadyCloud does not support Legacy units. I guess we will have to wait on Netgear's decision on how the legacy NAS units will still be able to access thier old readyNAS remote accounts or if legacy units will be supported at all.
