RN10400 / Windows 10 Backup
Trying to re-establish a regular backup of my Windows 10 PC to my RN10400 which is currently running 6.10.10 firmware.
After the Backup App on my NAS device could not setup the backup, I went to Netgear support and was recommended to follow this article --"ReadyNAS OS 6: SMB Plus App"
When I reached step 3 to "Click Apps -- Available Apps" I got this screen:
How do I downgrade my "SMB protocol version on the ReadyNAS to version 2.0" so I can resume backing up my Windows PC?
Also, what will I need to do to be able to backup a Windows 11 PC?

What error are you getting when you try to do the backup?
