Have you check the DNS settings of the NAS? Try to set 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 as the DNS servers.
What is the current firmware version of your NAS?
This particular nas doesn't let me change DNS as far as I can tell.
There is an ATT modem/router in bridge mode connected to an R6300v2 router. The modem is on the 192 subnet, and the router is on the 172. Canyouseeme reports that 80 and 443 ports are open, but does not see 6300, 20, 21 as being forwarded. I tried going into the ATT modem and setting the router as DMZ with no luck =/
Firmware is on 4.1.14 RAIDator
