RNDP6000 vith OS6 and readycloud

HI! There is known issue: RNDP6000 with OS 6 has no s/n and numbers are the same with MAC adress of device. that way i can't access to readycloud. also i know that legacy has no support but it seems ...

    Hi Archdivan,

     

    The fix has been applied already and the NAS was rebooted afterwards. The unit should have the actual serial number now.

Good afternoon - Would it be possible to have the same fix for my unit? Readynas RNDP6310-100NAS.

    The fix has been applied and the NAS was rebooted to Normal mode again. Please check if it is now showing the actual S/N.
