The leading "." in the folder name is a convention that the file is hidden. If you are accessing from a windows machine, you need to set your folder options to let you see hidden files.
This is a Windows explorer option, not something you set on the NAS.
Though you should be able to enter "NasName\\c\.sickbeard\autoProcessTV" in the address bar of explorer and see the file contents. Explorer lets you enter the hidden file name in the address bar even if you can't see it.
