A regular NAS user account can't see the /c/ folder or any files other than frontview shares. Neither does it work over FTP for the admin user for me. Although I can see these folders in SmartFTP when root access is enabled and SFTP over SSH is used as the FTP method in SmartFTP using the root account credentials as a login.
[EDIT] Logging into the NAS as admin (assuming you don't save / clear saved credentials) will allow access to .sabnzbd folder, although it won't appear in the list of folders as the "." at the beginning marks it as a hidden folder. You need to log in as admin user, browse to the NAS, where you should be able to see "c" alongside the other shares. Open it up and then add the required path via the address bar: \\NameOfNAS\c\.sabnzbd .
