I hope this will help others. I do want to caution them on one more thing: make sure you have a real V2, not a V1 with a sticker on the bottom that says "V2". A V1 has SPARC processor, not ARM, and this software will not run on it. A real V2 says so on the front, it runs V5.x of the firmware, and it has a fan on the back as wide as the chassis. A V1 just says "Duo" , not "Duo V2" on the front, runs OS 41.x, and has a smaller fan on the rear. Note that the smaller fan is what gives away a "V2" for sale on eBay that's really a V1 when the front lable isn't clear.
