Torrent Add-in
I have an NV+ that has been working perfectly for torrents for years now. I then added a duo to my network and now the torrents on the NV+ stopped working. I then saw that the torrent port on the Duo was the same as the NV+ so I changed the Duo. I then shut down the Duo and rebooted router and NV+. The torrents on the NV+ won't start. I checked my router and no ports are being forwarded. It seems the addition of the duo did something funky to my router and I cannot figure out what. Any ideas from anyone who (unlike me) actually know what he\she is doing?

- StephenBGuru - Experienced UserIf you did not manually forward the port in the router before, then the torrent client must have been requesting that the port be forwarded via upnp.
One solution is to manually forward the port in the router config to the NV+. - gicleonardAspirantStephan. You are correct and I tried that. However, I found the true source of my profound stupidity. In the process of copying the setup from the NV+ to the Duo, I cleared the default gateway on the NV+ so it appears the torrent engine couldn't resolve any addresses, hence no torrents working. I re-added it an presto! The thing works. It took me three days to figure it out. Thanks for trying to help me.
