Tranmission can't write files; 'Permission Denied'

Transmission cannot write any files to the disk, coming up with a 'permission denied' error. I know it's something to do with file permissions, but I'm struggling to work out where to start for a fix....

The default settings made by Transmission are a bit too much for the Duo v1. Another user has found settings that are working on his Duo, you could try those. You can find them here.
