Transmission unable to download torrents
I have been trying to get this to work for a while now. I can get the add-on installed (unsure on settings). I can get into the user interface. I'm finding the torrent I want to download, I have been ...
Thankyou both very much. I finally got this up and running 100%.
For more information for other people like me I was missing this step only on my share permissions.
Tick the box "Set ownership and permission for existing files and folders in this share to the above settings. This option is useful in cases where you are changing security levels and need to workaround file access problems."
I also changed this setting "rpc-authentication-required": false" to "rpc-authentication-required": true" in settings.json folder. Front view prompted that transmission was unable to start but the light went green and the transmission server was clearly working and could only be accessed with a log in and password.
