TransmissionBT 2.52 (arm) [SOLVED]
I hope this is right place to post about a bug i've found in latest TransmissionBT. When uninstalling this add-on there's a question if you want to keep your current settings, if you answer "no damn it, that's why i'm reinstalling this add-on" /etc/transmission-daemon/settings.json file remains on the system intact. I guess installer supposed to remove it?
Also, if i stop this add-on and edit settings.json (via add-on manager), save and try to start it again i get error "service failed to start". Then if i open settings.json once again it contains 10-15 lines of text only (while originally it has 70 lines).
To get it working i had to manually stop this service (/etc/init.d/transmission-daemon stop), pull settings.json, edit, push it back to /etc/transmission-daemon and then /etc/init.d/transmission-daemon start. I'm not too sure if it's meant to be like that...
The other thing would be "Kettu UI". I'd love to use it but it doesn't work properly. Global download/upload speed always shows 0 kB/s, adding block list URL doesn't seem to work either. At first it shows number of blocked IP's added but after leaving and entering TransmissionBT UI it shows "0" again.
Sorry for my poor English, i'm still learning it

- WhoCares_MentorUmm. Looks like a caching issue on the web server. Try again please on the readynasxtras.com site.
-Stefan - WhoCares_MentorAnd the single line issue with settings.json is also gone?
-Stefan - WhoCares_MentorPossibly but not for the Transmission add-on anymore. Can you try using a different browser?
-Stefan - AllWinAspirantOk, Google Chrome v18.xxxx works absolutely fine. MS Internet Explorer 8/Mozilla Firefox 12 - not. Sorry for wasting your time and thank you for quick updates
- WhoCares_MentorHmm. Will have to look into at least Firefox then. Thanks for testing ;)
-Stefan - AllWinAspirantI'm interested to get this working properly just as much as you, are or even more. Thanks once again.
