Also, had the exact same problem with a Western Digital Sharespace at work with no help what so ever from Twonky.

Hello DRCB,
I understand the frustration, however it has something with the Twonky settings that has been created by a third party author. What's best you can do is wait for them to respond. Sorry about this.
