10.8.2 MIGHT have issues, now mostly solved
I'm having time machine problems using the ReadyNAS time machine server on NV+ that worked fine for 10.8.1 .
I used the stock ReadyNAS time machine server for 10.8.1 and all was well. I just upgraded to 10.8.2 and backup is hosed. Time machine keeps reporting "searching for disk" and eventually dies with "The backup disk image “/Volumes/ReadyNAS/jrgs_MBP.sparsebundle” is already in use.". Its a ReadyNAS NV+ as well. Firmware 4.1.9 . Now FrontView is not even working. So I might hold off on 10.8.2 for the moment.
Safari 6.0.1 (under 10.8.2) is not displaying the FronView page, its missing all the numbers. But Firefox works. Frontview shows the backup service is fine, its the expected size etc.
PARTIAL SOLUTION
By reslecting the backup disk, its now backing up fine.
Once the backup completed, now Safari works on FrontView. I don't get that at all, but it is working now.
So 10.8.2 looks good to go to me, even if a few rough edges.

- mdgm-ntgrNETGEAR Employee RetiredHave you tried rebooting the Mac and the NAS?
Have you tried clearing the cache in Safari (Safari > Reset Safari > Make sure "Remove All Website Data" is checked - nothing else needs to be checked - and click Reset)?
Did you do a Combo Update or did you simply update via the App Store?
If you didn't do a Combo Update, you could try that: http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1581
The Combo Update includes both the 10.8.1 and 10.8.2 updates. Sometimes Combo Updates work better. - jg167AspirantIt was from the app store. And I did try reboots of both ends. Reselecting the device in TM prefs got it going (despite it displaying the same thing as already selected). I was running 10.8.1 already.
