212 AND 214 Can no longer SSH as root

Hi,

I recently had to re-install Ubuntu 20.04.2.

This applies to all my units, 314, 212, 214.

Since then every time I ssh into a nas it comes up david@192.168.x.x instead of root@192.168.x.x

 

Hence all my script .sh files on the nas come up read only with vi .

Help very much appreciated.
