There's no option to boot nas in read only mode?
There is, but that only helps if the volume(s) can be mounted. So it won't be useful.
Support can isolate it more quickly, though there is some likelihood that you will need a data recovery contract to get the data back. Is the data backed up?

Unfortunately the data isn't backed up ; it's our only backup device and i hoped it will give some secure backup in raid5. guess I was wrong..

Is there an option to reinitialize raid5 array without overwriting existing structure?

RAID is great, but it's important to have an understanding of what it can and can't do. RAID-5 provides redundancy not backup. It provides some protection against a single disk failure (arguably the most likely hardware failure to occur) but there is a whole range of other problems it doesn't protect against.
No important data should be stored on just the one device no matter what that device is. If you primarily store important data on your NAS then you should backup that data.
