2V0427EW005ED - issues...
I think I've selected the correct model... anyway; I registered this when I bought it, and alas I don't know what email address I registered it under 8 years later... I made a new account and...
I have the addons working now.
I installed another browser - firefox. I was using chrome. Chrome worked for me in the past.
Unsure why this made a difference, but it did.
All fixed, still scratching my head.

These are the ones I tried tonight - I downloaded them to a local drive, then I click on Add Addon, it then asks me for an Addon name, so I click Browse, select a file then Upload.
My whole network is configured by DHCP, and it has a static lease on the DHCP server for 192.168.0.10, with gateway 192.168.0.1 (modem/router) and DNS server of 192.168.0.2 (debian/stable, running pi-hole) - Yes, I disabled pi-hole thinking that could be causing issues, but it isn't, with netmask of 255.255.255.0. This configuration is the same for each and every system on the network.
It's not logging any errors, just tells me that "An unrecognized server error has occured."
EDIT: I have also changed the DNS server in the ReadyNAS to 192.168.0.1 (Same as gateway) - same deal.
