4200v1 Update to 6.7.4
I updated my 4200v1 from 6.6.1 to 6.7.4 with no problem except the Performance page shows fan 1-5, looks ok. The temp thermometers show 4 cores and temp 1, 2, and 3. Also the graph below for the...

Is this a stable version?
Thanks

Can you do what? The solution I pointed to for the fan and CPU temperature issue is done via SSH after the unit is updated.
The updates have been coming so fast and furious that I've been hesitant to update to 6.7.4 on legacy equipment (which is all but one of my NASes). I'm sure Netgear has not had time or resources to fully test each one on every legacy platform and there has been no beta testing. I've only updated my Pro2 "sandbox" system. I've seen no issues there, but there's a big difference between a 2-bay and 12-bay system.

The updates have been coming fast and furoius to squash bugs, so I'm not surprised that something may have been left out for a legacy system and not found due to lack of beta testing. Same thing happened with my RN4200V2 on 6.6.1. I've not moved to 6.7.4 on it yet.
See ReadyNAS-4200V2-OS6-6-1-fan-control for a solution.

Sandshark's solution fixed the fan and temp and sensor problem.
I pressed the Accept solution on the wrong message.

Ok after I did this:
# cp /etc/frontview/sensors/RN4200.conf /etc/sensors.d/ # systemctl restart readynasd
My performance looks like this:
Nothing changes, everything stays the same.
The temps are close to my other NAS01, 4200v1 with os 4.2.30. NAS01 has fan speeds around 2900, cpu, 5200 system.
