4200v2 OS6 running hot
Hiya, recently obtained a 4200v2. Upgraded to OS6, and everything is running just fine. The only problem I can find is that the x3450 CPU reports that it's running warm. At idle it's fine, 30degre...
Refitted the CPU cooler for about the 4th time, and this time used even less paste. Seems like the X3450 is quite sensitive to the amount of paste used. Now running much cooler.
Still having issues with the ReadyNAS UI/frontview updating the fan speeds & temperature often enough. It's not sluggish, but it's just not refreshing very often.
I should add that it's all as clean as a whilstle inside, and there's no way the CPU fan could be fitted backwards (at least looking at the shape).
