Hi,
I agree with lundmilo - the setting sits below the fan graphic in the 'Performance' screen. Make sure you delete your browser cache after your upgrade - I forgot to do that and the screen looked very much like the previous version (time for a Homer Simpson "Doh!" when I realised this error about 10 minutes ago, after my successful upgrade ; ))
