6.9.4 hotfix has not fixed RN104 hangs
I have been using the hotfix 1 version of 6.9.4 since the beginning of the week 23Oct but it has not solved the file share hang problem introduced with 6.9.4. Is work still going on to fix this or sh...

You can try the 6.9.5 beta and have solved this issue.

TIP: I know it's common sense, but it you are not prepared to live with the bugs until resolved, then don't try the Beta's. Stick the main releases and always check the release notes before downgrading. Never try any Beta's without SSH working..
You are not supposed to downgrade from 6.10 back to 6.9.3, doing so breaks the Admin interface.
I was able to upgrade Apache2 to get the admin interface working again.

I am having the same problem on my two ReadyNas 4312's. Both behave identically.
My two units will hang up after two days of production utilization by for iSCSI connected Hyper-V hosts running a total of 20 virtual machines.
The logs reveal kernel crashes/panics due to "out of memory conditions".
My older less capable ReadyData 5200's do not have this problem.

Just an update, my NAS has remained Rock solid since I downgraded to 6.9.3
