628X - System: Cannot install application emby-server.

Emby Server v3.5.2.0 will not install from Apps.   I get a "System: Cannot install application emby-server." from the server log and the appt-history.log has the following:

To provide some background...I had Emby Server installed on my NAS for many months, but never used it (turned off).   Recently, I tried to turn the Emby Server on, but it kept turning itself off.

So, I uninstalled the App, but now I cannot install Emby Server without the above errors.   Plex Server does install without issue (I have since removed Plex and reinstalled it to verify that there were no issues with installing an app).

 

Is this a possible corrupt emby server cached install file?  I don't know what a "Error: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)" means.
