"Access Denied" on some folders that I used to be able to access

I have always had access to my one share on my RN104 unit.  Now, recently, I can only access some of the directories under that one share.  Accessing about half of the directories now give me "Access is denied" from Explorer both under Windows 7 and Windows 10.  I am accessing with User IDs that are administrators on the NAS.  I need access to this data.  I have tried removing and adding the user name, rebooting my computers, standing on my hands .. nothing works.  How can I get access to those directories again?

  • can u try going to share and select folder then click on the wheel to get to settings.  then do a file access reset?
