Access lost after windows 7 set the permission

Need urgent help!
One shared folder on my ReadyNAS NV+ was infected by exe virus and all real folders were hidden. Windows 7 still can access the folder. I tried to set the permission to view hidden folders and files, but still could not see the hidden folder.
Then my silly steps followed. Such as the folder is mapped to V:. In windows 7 explorer, V:, Right click to properties, Security, Everyone. I saw the permission for Everyone is empty, no Permit, no deny. So I checked full control to permit and applied it. Nothing happened to access the hidden folders. So I tried to go back by uncheck the full control and applied it. Windows popped up some warning that the folder is inaccessible, and then the shared folder could not be accessed from anywhere.
I checked ReadyNAS admin and all settings are same, as I can see per my knowledge.
Question:
- How to set so the folder is accessible?

I restarted the NV+. Then accessed the server from a mac with AFP, the problem folder won't show up. Then access the server with CIFS, the problem folder showed up. When I double clicked it, it showed "The operation can't be completed because the original item for XXX can't be found."
Then I tried to map the folder to a drive. It says "V:\ is not accessible. Access is denied".
Help. Thanks. - OK. Got it back. On the server, Advanced options, Share folder everyone rights were set to disabled. Change it to Read/Write. Then the share is accessible.
Still, I could not see the hidden folders by EXE virus. Anyone know how to turn the folder back to normal?
Thanks. - Use attrib from command prompt.
Change to the drive \ folder where the folders are hidden & type attrib -s -h *.*
