Accessing files after drag and drop
Hi, Hopefully an easy question to answer... If I use the web interface and drag files onto that to put files on my ReadyNas I find that external devices (such as my TV) can access them no proble...
What firmware is running on the NAS?
Do your other devices use an NAS username/password when they access the files?
Also if you tell us what settings you are using for the share (file access and network access), that would help.
If you have enough posts, you can insert a screenshot via the "photos" icon on the toolbar. If not, you could put screenshots in google drive, dropbox, etc. and post a link to them. That's often quicker than trying to type the settings.
