Adding an other HDD in RAID 5 on Pro Pioneer
I want to create a RAID 5 with 5 x 2 TB HDDs and add another 2TB later as the 6th HDD has failed and while waiting for a replacement, want to configure the NAS with this RAID. Is it possible to expan...
XRAID2 is still what you want (with 5 disks installed). You won't get dual-redundancy unless you specify that when you insert the 6th disk later.
