admin page offline

hello,

While I was configuring my nas to connect to my active directory domain, I suffered a power cut. after reboot of the nas, I can no longer access the admin page. I only get the message "ReadyNAS Admin Page is offline"

I think I am affected by the bug https://kb.netgear.com/29423/ReadyNAS-OS-6-ReadyNAS-admin-page-is-offline-error-after-the-system-is-rebooted-during-ADS-import

but I did not find the solution to regain access to the admin page.I was able to recover logs with RAIDar if needed.

    Hello

    I finaly regain access to admin page by stoping winbind and smb.

     

    I reconfigure on GUI authentication to local and then restarted the NAS

    now everything works fine and connection to AD is ok.

    Welcome to the Community!

     

     Kindly send the logs thru Private message so we can check. If your FW version is on 6.10.3 this should not affect your NAS. It would be best to check the logs
