Unable to connect to Admin page - ReadyNAS admin page is offline

Firmware 6.9.3
single 3T disk
After upgrading the firmware yesterday from 6.9.2 using the admin page, i can no longer connect to the admin page. The error reads "ReadyNAS admin page is offline".
I am able to access the data without difficulty either locally or using Readycloud
Raidar sees the drive, correctly identifies it and the IP address
I can ping the drive
I can access the drive using SSH
I have rebooted but no change.
I have tried accessing the admin page via chrome on win10 and chrome on macOS, no success, either through Readycloud or direct IP entry.
I have reveiwed a number fo entired on this foorum from the past.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

went back to chrome. cleared the browser cache before tyring to sign in again. works fine now too. thanks

tried using Bing on win 10 and it worked. surprised to say the least. can now access the admin page
