All computers can access NAS, NAS can't access anything.

Has this question been answered? After posting yesterday and receiving no reply I did a bit more digging around and found this post. Low and behold, it's my problem!
To cut to the chase, I know this is a firewall problem (XP using Kaspersky Internet Security 2011) as turning it off gives me a successful connection. Turn it on again and I'm 'backup' in purgatory... :?
Please can someone put me out of my misery?
