Android Apps for readynas
Being new to readyNAS or any NAS for that matter, I have been trying to get to grips with understanding all the information relating to the NAS. Permissions and file shares have been my greatest hurdle so far, and having read the other forum post relating to these topics, I had only be confused further. With a little perseverance I have been able to add permissions further into sub folder level.
That all said, my main problem now, is trying to find a suitable app for my Galaxy note, and my two sons 7in tab2's. I have Media House which is upnp but regardles of the file permisions that I have set, media house bypasses all of it and my boys can access whatever they want, and this is Not what I want!
I'm thinking that I need to drop the upnp protocol permissions and use something based on http:, but I really don't know. any suggestion?
