I'm confused about your setting "Share Folder Owner" to TestFolder. This needs to be a user name. Setting it to TestUser would seem correct. Also, if your windows username is TestUser and the password on windows is the same as the TestUser password on the NAS, then it should let you right in without prompting for a password since Windows automatically supplies it. If the passwords are different it should prompt you. Sorry if I'm misunderstanding something.
