Apache won't start after successful upgrade to 4.2.23
Hi ! My apache server won't start since i successfully upgraded from 4.2.22 to 4.2.23... I have a socket error can anyone help me please, i have no more access to frontend, to backups, to plexmedi...

I've already tryed restart here is the error i get
apache-ssl: Could not reliably determine the server's fully qualified domain name, using 192.168.2.200 for ServerName

httpd not running, trying to start
(98)Address already in use: make_sock: could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:80
no listening sockets available, shutting down
Unable to open logs
How can i know which port is assigned to port 80 or 443... in httpd.conf i only have listen 80 and listen 443 once...
