Apps operation failed. Application 'elc' cannot be installed on lastest firmware 6.7.4

When added Egnyte Storage Sync for NetGear on my ReadyNAS Cloud, I'm getting a "Apps operation failed. Application 'elc' cannot be installed. I was able to add Dropbox, Google Driive, Amazon Cloud Drive and Amazon S3 without issues. I'm at the latest Firmware (6.7.4) with Healthy Status and rebooted a few times. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Please make sure you're attempting to use the appropriate version of the app: Storage Sync for NETGEAR Installation

I'm not sure what you mean by that. Do I have that option? From my ReadyNAS admin portal, Cloud tab, I click the On toggle for Egnyte then I get the error. What version and how am I suppose to use the appropriate one? Sorry, I'm a newbie.
