Back up NAS104 to NV+
I just recently tried the ReadyNAS OS firmware update to 6.1.5 and encountered a problem. My ticket number for assistance is 22530609. Apparently you need a factory reset in on order for the firmwar...

Updating the firmware should not have automatically resulted in a factory reset. Did you do one (either from the web UI or the front panel?)
For the backup:
(a) create a destination share on the NV+, with everyone read/write access. Enable NFS as a protocol.
(b) on the RN104, select a source share, and "remote:NFS Server" as the destination share. Use the NV+'s host name or IP address in "host", and the destination share name in "path".
(c) execute the backup job.
