Backup ALL local shares to USB drive
Hi, I just wondered how to use USB as a Backup destination for RN 102, because it will always copy data from inside the share to the root of the USB device, and that for each share, mixing up the sha...
I suspect it was copying the snapshots (which are in a hidden folder). Normally they are linked into multiple folders, but that isn't preserved when they are copied.
I suggest backing up each share as a good alternative. Another option (more complex to set up) is to use rsync, but exclude the snapshot directories.
