Backup ALL local shares to USB drive

Maybe try to reformat the usb drive. It looks like it is mounted read only. I had this a couple of time after nas-software crash, so i had to pull the mains plug with a not proper unmount.
Allso pulling the usbdrive out of the nas without proper unmount can cause this.
