Backups gone?
I had Time Machine working fine with my ReadyNAS Ultra -- but then the sparsebundle filled up (2048) and I started getting a error...so I added disk space and increased the size of the sparse bundle (...

What version of RAIDiator?
Also what version of Mac OS X?
Now it's possible as the quota was maxed out the ownership of part of the sparsebundle could've got messed up. If this is the case correcting the ownership of the sparsebundle should hopefully fix it. Contact tech support (http://www.readynas.com/support), editing the thread (i.e. subject of first post in the thread) to include your case number and see what they suggest.
If you like run my x86 TimeMachineLog add-on (http://readynas.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=42033&p=239030&hilit=TimeMachineLog#p239030) and PM (Private Message) me the output. This should tell me if my suspicions are correct. The add-on creates a file with the output in the "C" share (accessible if you login via CIFS as "admin") and makes no other changes to the NAS.
