Hi ak2016,
Welcome to the community!
I suppose you're trying to set this up on your RN10200 system. Kindly install the phpMyAdmin add-on *ARM* from this page and follow the steps here.
Kind regards,

Hi BrianL
Did try your suggestion. It kind of helped getting started with installing MySQL and phpadmin,
But didnt really help me with what I was trying to achieve - which was using a centralised media centre library on NAS. One that all Kodi installations will use as their own library - rather than each kodi installation maintaining its own separate library.
Will await more responses.
Thanks for taking the time out

Hi BrianL
Tried your solution.
This was more of how to do the initial installation of MySQL and phpadmin.
My requirement is slightly different:
When we install Kodi on a device it maintains its own library on that very device - the media it consumes may be on NAS but the library it maintains isnt on the serve. I want a centralised media center library, which various installations of Kodi on multiple devices use as one central library rather than maintaining separate libraries of their own.
Three libraries - Music, Pictures and Videos.
All Kodi installations must read from and write to these three on the NAS.
Will await responses.
Thanks for the time.

Hi ak2016,
Not sure if this can be done. I will ask and gather more information from my colleagues if there's something we can provide for you to achieve this.
Kind regards,
BrianL

Any progress on this issue.
I also wish to set up my NAS as a central library for multiple Raspberry Pi's running Openelec/Kodi. I have added the app mysql server, but at a loss where to go from there.
Thanks in advance
Rob
