Best configuration for 6TB 1TB 8TB and 8TB
Hi,     Currently I am running 6TB and 1TB as JBOD; 6TB as the main storeage, and 1TB only dedicated for bittorrent downloading. And I am going to add two more 8TB drivers to my readynas. what's best...

Which ReadyNAS do you have? Why not add the additional drives as JBOD volumes as you have done before if you don't need RAID configuration?

Sounds like the best answer to me given the constraints.
FWIW, 4K streaming won't stress the disks (even the high bit rate ones are only around 100 mbits). The key issue here is that you want to maximize capacity.

my 4k streaming is not that good, always stop and go.

i'd say if you dont care about redundancy 3xdrives in raid 0(striping is better than jbod for speed), for 18TB and 2xdrives(spare capacity) in raid0 for 4TB .total 22TB use 1TB of the 2drive raid0 for the dedicated stuff u need it for and just dump the 1tb or stick it in a pc. Remember raid always runs at the slowest drive speed and frankly the 1tb probably isnt worth the hassle.
Myself i wouldnt touch this given the dodgyness of software raid and drives tendancies to drop out the array cos they feel like screwing ur day up but whatever floats ur boat i guess.
