Blocked SSH in IPTABLES.
So, I know what I have done wrong, and that I should have had something in place to stop me from doing it! But I ran the wrong IPTABLE script (I have 2 RN104's that back each other up over Rsync via SSH remotely and I picked the scirpt for the wrong one) on my RN104 and have locked myself out of SHH :-(
To get me out of this situation is my best option to reboot and reinstall the OS from the boot menu, or is there another option?

tech support mode likely will work. Boot instructions are on page 28-29 of the hardware manual: http://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/READYNAS-100/ReadyNAS_%20OS6_Desktop_HM_EN.pdf
You access the NAS with telnet. Log in as root, the password is infr8ntdebug
You can start RAID and chroot with a single command
#rnutil chroot
