Boot mode option table
I want to recover my administrator password by reinstalling the firmware. Seems the procedure is well documented here; http://kb.netgear.com/20852/How-do-I-access-the-boot-menu-on-my-ReadyNAS-Duo-v2 ...

That is an Ultra 2 which has the same boot menu as the Duo v2.
The Ultra 2 is a legacy x86 model whereas the Duo v2 is legacy ARM. Though the boot menu is the same they are quite different models.

The currently article is here: How do I access the boot menu on my ReadyNAS Ultra 2, Ultra 2 Plus, or Pro 2, Duo v2?
In any case your profile shows that you have a Duo v1 which has a different boot menu: How do I access the boot menu on my ReadyNAS Duo, NV, NV+, X6, or 600?
Please confirm which Duo you have by reading this article: How to tell whether I have a Duo v1 or Duo v2 or NV+ v1 or NV+ v2

I Upgraded our first ReadyNas some years ago, so I'm not too sure about the model version. The label on the current ReadyNas reads:
Model name:. RNDU2000
Model No: RND-2A
It looks similar to the duo v2 pictures in the link, except it has two double LAN/USB ports on the back. Will it qualify as a Duo v2? Thx.
