Solved, reinstalling the OS worked. I believe is was the AntiVirus that was the problem. Thanks for the help. Darrin.

Yes, tried that yesterday, it checked the filing system and that was ok. I tried 1 disk in and it still stuck, Next I'm going to reinstall the OS. I do have a question, if I put an unrelated disk in and performa factory reset and then put the already configured volumes in with the box recognise the Volume?
