Both me a NV+ ware shell i start?

All did go well until I tried to do a factory reset like on that link you posted.
It say's init kernel and switch to ip 192.168.125.033 and back to init kernel
And it still do 2h later.
What is wrong I confirm that the latest firmweare was installed
And I have not inserted new memory.
