Could do you please try to boot it and check if RAIDar can detect the NAS?
if the NAS can be shown on RAIDar, please download logs and send them in.

The NAS is on the network, so I was able to download and email the logs already (through the admin web page) yesterday.
Do you need me to download the logs using RAIDar, and send again?

You may enale secure diagnostic in NAS admin GUI =>System=>Settings=>Support,
