BUG : Alert with Google Apps Account is not working

Hi,

wanted to report a bug.
When authenticating with a Google through a Google Apps account, the frontview UI seems to fall into a dead end and prompts for an SMTP server while disabling the fields related to SMTP. Therefore the configuration is not "saveable" and beats the whole purpose of Google authentication.
If Google authentication is set through a Google Gmail account this doesn't happen and the whole SMTP gets automatically filled (with google info) and works correctly.
I haven't been able to find any workaround and this is reproduced on 3 machines all using 6.10.3.

Thx

    @atz6975

    Are you using google Apps for Business? Not really famiiar with Google apps account since to my knowledge Google seems to have like a SSO for all services. I'll try to check on that.

    I think you are using a Gsuite account right? Have you tried using a different browser when logging in and enabling alerts?

    Update: I'm also getting the same issue. It would be best if you can create a case through my.netgear.com so we can file this bug to be fixed. Thank you for reporting this.

      Hi,
      yes Google Apps means Gsuite too.
      Have no idea any more on how to create a case through my.netgear.com.
      Maybe you can show me how?
      Thx
