When you said the entire volume is visible in the GUI, what do you mean by this if you say the raid is not intiating.
Do you now have 2 volumes or 1?
If there is 1 volume, are both disks in it and is RAID 1 displayed on the volume tab?
If not, could you post a screen shot of the volume tab?
