Can I use 1 port for direct connection and 2nd to the switch

You could certainly try that but you may have to specify the I.P. of the NAS when connecting to it to force the use of the 10Gbit connection.
Connecting the NAS and the PC to a switch that does 10GBase-T and connecting that switch to a gigabit switch would be a better option.
