Can Not Change Boot Menu Options, Only Normal Shows Up

If you have just set up your NAS and have not all'ready put all your data on it or you have all data backed up somewhere else,
for good measure after updating to the new 5.3.5 firmware do a factory reset and to get a nice clean install on new firmware,
I know its a pain but it can iron out any bugs after firmware update as you have all'ready tried OS reinstall with no luck.
WARNING! The factory default reboot process resets the unit to factory settings, erases all data, resets all defaults, and reformats the disk to X-RAID2.
