Can not delete or rename files after backup

I have noticed that the folders that are locked happen to be folders that I created or altered in the external hardrive whilst attatched to the NAS (attached so I could access the drive over the network)
I suspect that I would not have this problem if the hardrive was attached to my pc rather than the NAs when I created these folders.
I can't undertstand why the Bittorrent & music folders are OK even though I backed those up as well from the external hardrive.
The only difference was that I did not change any files whilst attached to the NAs when I backed the Bittorrent & music files
Is this a bug or something?
Model: ReadyNAS Ultra 6 Plus [X-RAID2]
Firmware: RAIDiator 4.2.17
Memory: 1024 MB [6-6-6-18 DDR2]
